A tribunal ruled that documents, including a witness statement from Duke of York's senior aide Dominic Hampshire, related to Yang Tengbo's unsuccessful challenge against his exclusion from the UK on national security grounds, can be disclosed to the media. Hampshire contacted intelligence services about Yang before the exclusion decision and expressed concerns about his statement being made public, but the tribunal found substantial parts of the statement were not confidential and disclosure served journalistic purposes.
