Astronauts who were left on International Space Station can finally come home, Nasa says

Two astronauts who were left on the International Space Station for months longer than expected will finally come home on Tuesday, Nasa has said.

NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams, who have been on the International Space Station since June, are scheduled to return to Earth this week after an unexpected nine-month stay due to issues with their Boeing spacecraft. They will depart in a SpaceX Dragon capsule following the arrival of the Crew-10 mission, which includes four new crew members who will stay for six months.
