Apple TV+ is reportedly losing $1 billion annually despite having 45 million subscribers and a $5 billion production budget. Apple shows constitute less than 1% of total US streaming service viewing. While attracting big-name talent, viewership is low, and even popular dormant shows top the charts. Despite producing quality content, Apple struggles to attract viewers.
