Bovale secures €44.6m from sale of Dublin Central Logistics Park

Central Bank among three purchasers of 91-acre landbank next to M50 motorway



Bovale Developments has sold the Dublin Central Logistics Park for €44.6 million to three separate purchasers. The Central Bank acquired 29.3 acres for its cash centre relocation, Sandymark bought 57 acres for development, and a private investor purchased the remaining 5.1 acres. The land, zoned for employment use, is located at the junction of the M50 and M2 motorways. The sale achieved a 31% premium over the initial €34 million guide price.
