Mr Justice Mark Sanfey gave Mr Wu more time to provide information to liquidators on the finances of companies he controlled
Judge Mark Sanfey warned businessman Colm Wu that no further delays will be tolerated in providing information to liquidators regarding the finances of companies he controlled. The liquidators claim Wu engaged in fraudulent/reckless trading, diverting assets to related companies and himself, leaving creditors unpaid. Wu's counsel requested more time for a reconciliation exercise involving 65 firms before filing an affidavit, which the judge granted but stressed no further postponements would be permitted.
