Gwyneth Paltrow, in her first leading role since 2010, felt uncomfortable with the intimacy coordinator on the set of "Marty Supreme," a film with numerous sex scenes with Timothée Chalamet. Paltrow, accustomed to a pre-#MeToo era of filming such scenes, told the intimacy coordinator to "step back." Other actors have varying opinions on intimacy coordinators, with some supporting their use and others finding them unnecessary.
