In Ireland, murders, sex crimes, aggravated burglaries, arson attacks, public order crimes, shoplifting and drug importations increased in the past year. Overall drug crime and burglaries decreased, with drug crime dropping due to fewer personal use offenses. Theft increased slightly, while drunk/drug driving remained relatively stable.
