Convicted Ghanaian pastor who used fake documents to stay in UK should be allowed back in because separation from children made him depressed, judge says

A judge revoked the deportation order of Samuel Frimpong, a Ghanaian pastor previously jailed and deported from the UK for using false documents, after determining it was an "unjustifiable interference" with his family's human rights, as his children and wife were living "depressive lives" without him.
