Stephen Edward Griffiths has also been handed a suspended prison sentence after admitting two offences under the Animal Welfare Act

A man was banned from keeping equines for 10 years after a dead Shetland pony with hair loss and a chain around its neck was found in Carmarthenshire. Another pony was in poor condition. Griffiths, who rescued one pony, admitted to failing to care for them. He received suspended prison sentences and showed remorse.
