Donegal boy, 12, died in ‘evil and barbaric fashion’, father tells Omagh Bomb inquiry

A 12-year-old boy from Donegal, James Barker, was murdered in the 1998 Omagh bombing. His father, Victor Barker, testified at the Omagh Bomb inquiry, describing his son's death as "evil and barbaric" and recalling the events of that day, including searching for James in Omagh and seeing a picture of him on a stretcher.
