Dunnes Stores fined for selling nine year out of date infant formula that made baby violently ill

Dunnes Stores was fined over €30,000 after selling nine-year-expired Aptamil formula that made a five-week-old baby violently ill. The store failed to notify the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) about the breach, and also agreed to pay €10,000 to charity.
