The EU is supporting Nigeria's digital sector with an €820 million package focused on infrastructure, entrepreneurship, skills development, and e-governance to drive sustainable growth and create jobs. This includes the Digital Transformation Centre (DTC) project, funded by the EU and Germany, and implemented by GIZ. The EU is also supporting Nigeria's digitalisation blueprint through the Global Gateway Strategy, aiming to expand internet access, digitalise public services, and develop digital skills through initiatives like the 3 Million Technical Talents (3MTT) program.
