A 500kg WWII bomb was found on rail tracks near Paris' Gare du Nord, causing widespread transport disruptions including Eurostar cancellations and road closures. Dozens were evacuated, and six schools were locked down. The bomb, containing 200kg of explosives, was successfully defused after a day of work.
