Female RAF police officer 'tried to impress her married lover by looking up details of sex assault claim made against his former boss'

It is alleged in May last year Corporal Rebecca Ashurst used her laptop to access case files, which revealed the sergeant's friend and former boss was being investigated for two sexual offences.



A female RAF police officer, Corporal Rebecca Ashurst, is facing a court martial for allegedly accessing details of a sex assault claim against her married lover's former boss using her work laptop. She is accused of doing so to impress her lover, Sergeant Sean McCabe, a former RAF Falcons parachute display team member. Ashurst denies the charge.
