Free event at Toronto park to honour National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Na-Me-Res, a non-profit organization in Toronto that helps unhoused Indigenous men access outreach programs and secure permanent housing in the city, is hosting its annual Day of Remembrance ceremony at Hillcrest Park to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada.The event will feature traditional elements, including a sacred fire, a sunrise ceremony, and a drumming circle.
