‘I’ve owned it for 44 years’: Dozens of cars towed from flooded New West parkade

A Feb. 13 flood in New Westminster began when a Metro Vancouver water line ruptured. Residents are still dealing with the fallout, including damage to cars in a local parkade.



Dozens of flood-damaged cars are being towed from a New Westminster parkade more than a month after a water main break. One man's vintage 1970 Mercury Cougar, owned for 44 years, was among the vehicles removed.
