Jess Phillips honours femicide victims and says Government will ‘push harder’

Ms Phillips has read the names of women killed by men every year for a decade – this year being her first as a Home Office minister.

As Safeguarding Minister, Jess Phillips honored femicide victims in Parliament for the 10th year, pledging the Government will strengthen efforts to combat violence against women and girls. She highlighted domestic homicides, referenced "Raneem's Law," and announced plans to improve stalking laws, including revealing online stalker identities and addressing the root causes of abuse in the upcoming violence against women and girls strategy.
