John C. Reilly and Éanna Hardwicke were honored at the US-Ireland Alliance's 19th annual Oscar Wilde Awards in Los Angeles. Reilly praised Ireland for its "common decency" and "care for the most vulnerable" during his acceptance speech. The event, held in advance of the Oscars, celebrates Irish contributions to entertainment in the US. Other honorees included Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall.
