Key suspect in murder of Scot in Kenya accused of violent extortion plots against tourists

Bernard Mbunga Mbusu, a key suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Scotsman Campbell Scott in Nairobi, Kenya, is on trial for violent extortion plots against tourists. Scott was found dead after disappearing from a conference. Mbusu was last seen with Scott and is accused of involvement in robberies and extortion against Turkish and Indian nationals, using online dating sites to lure victims. Police are searching for Mbusu and two other suspects, Samuel Musembi Kamitu, and Alphonse Munyao Kilewa, who are also accused of stripping a preacher and extorting money from him. Two other suspects have been arrested in connection with Scott's murder.
