The UK has signed a £1.6 billion deal to supply more than 5,000 air defence missiles to Ukraine using export finance.
Following a defence summit on Ukraine in London, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with King Charles III at Sandringham Estate. The UK has signed a £1.6 billion deal to supply Ukraine with over 5,000 air defence missiles. The summit, attended by leaders including Emmanuel Macron and Keir Starmer, aimed to forge a common position on ending the war in Ukraine. Discussions also included a plan, involving the UK, France, and potentially others, to stop the fighting and engage the US.
