House will be searched with hope of finding evidence of child’s whereabouts
Gardaí are conducting a third intrusive search at a Co Louth property as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance and suspected murder of Kyran Durnin. The search, which began on Wednesday and is expected to continue for several days, involves the excavation of the garden at the house. Kyran, who would now be eight years old, was last seen in 2022, and the property has been of interest to the investigation team. Two suspects were arrested in December 2022, though no remains have been found. Gardaí have appealed for the public to come forward with any information.
