A crash on the M25 is causing long delays near Basildon and Romford this morning.
A lorry crash on the M25 anticlockwise near Romford and Basildon caused a four-mile tailback stretching to Junction 31 at Thurrock. Two lanes were closed before J29 at the A127. By 9:45 am, traffic had reportedly returned to normal. Separate incidents included queueing traffic on the M25 anticlockwise after J25, heavy traffic on the M25 clockwise before J23, and multiple car crashes across the UK.
