Manchester City has banned 165 fans and suspended 354 accounts in response to ticket touting and resale issues, particularly following incidents where Real Madrid supporters were found in the home sections during a Champions League match. Safety concerns were raised after away fans celebrated in the home areas. The club aims to prevent such occurrences by ejecting unauthorized fans and has issued bans and cease-and-desist letters to combat fraudulent ticket sales. Additionally, Man City addressed resale practices through third-party partners, leading some fans to reconsider their European Cup Scheme subscriptions.
