Authorities are still looking for the assailant
A 45-year-old man was set on fire in Times Square early Sunday morning by an unidentified assailant who is believed to have known him. The victim suffered burns to his face and arms. The suspect, who fled the scene, allegedly used a flammable liquid taken from a nearby cart. This incident follows a similar fatal attack in a subway car and a man found with burn injuries in Penn Station months prior.
