Martin 'The Viper' Foley has been ordered to pay the Criminal Assets Bureau almost €1 million in unpaid taxes or risk losing his Dublin home. A well-charging order has been granted against the property, with a stay until September next year due to Foley's nine-year-old daughter. His wife claims a half share in the house and fears homelessness if the property is sold. Foley proposed a mortgage-to-rent scheme.
