Original loan was made to Mr Flatley’s Blackbird Film Productions by Novellus Finance
Michael Flatley paid off a €6.9 million loan from Novellus Finance, which was at the center of a dispute over his Castlehyde mansion. The loan was made to Flatley's Blackbird Film Productions in 2023 and Flatley guaranteed it with the mansion's value. While Novellus Finance acknowledged the repayment, they sought payment of legal costs, which Flatley's representatives had no instructions on. Flatley plans to request mediation to resolve outstanding issues.
