Counsel said almost €1million in arrears had already been paid off and the loan was no longer in arrears
Michael Flatley is willing to pay off a €5.6 million loan at the center of a dispute with Novellus Finance over his Cork mansion, Castlehyde. Flatley's lawyers requested a hearing adjournment after offering to pay the loan's redemption amount and place disputed costs in escrow. Novellus Finance, however, continued with the injunction hearing, claiming Flatley had previously defaulted on repayments. Almost €1 million in arrears has been paid off and the loan was no longer in arrears.. The judge decided to proceed with the injunction hearing.
