Patagonia Gold Corp. is advancing its Calcatreu project in Rio Negro, Argentina, through a proposed financing of up to US$40 million. An investor will invest in preferred shares of Patagonia Gold Canada Inc., a subsidiary holding the project. The funds will be used for project development and financing expenses. The Calcatreu project has received its final construction permit and has a mineral resource estimate of 746,000 contained AuEq ounces Measured and Indicated and 390,000 contained AuEq ounces Inferred.
