President Volodymyr Zelensky says he would STEP DOWN if it would guarantee peace in Ukraine

Zelensky also said he wanted to see US President Donald Trump as a partner to Ukraine and more than a simply a mediator between Kyiv and Moscow.

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated he would be willing to step down if it would ensure peace in Ukraine, joking that his resignation could be exchanged for Ukraine's entry into NATO. He emphasized the need for U.S. President Donald Trump to act as a partner rather than a mediator in resolving the conflict with Russia. Zelensky highlighted ongoing negotiations with the U.S. over security guarantees and access to Ukraine's natural resources, though he noted that $15 billion in promised military aid had yet to be delivered. He also expressed hesitancy to sign a controversial minerals deal with Trump.
