Tesco's online shopping platform experienced a glitch, causing customers to find items they added to their baskets marked as unavailable during checkout. This led to frustration as many couldn't complete their orders. Tesco responded by requesting customer details to investigate individual complaints but hasn't confirmed a broader issue. Over 200 reports were logged on Downdetector since the problem began at 9:30 am on Wednesday.
