During closure, all of the other facilities, such as the 25m swimming pool, the ice rink and the gym within complex, will remain open.
The Time Capsule waterpark in Coatbridge will close for up to six months, starting in March, for essential upgrades. The upgrades include improvements to water feature systems, control panels, electrical systems, and pump replacements. The closure is necessary to ensure the long-term future of the popular attraction, which welcomes over 700,000 visitors annually.
