‘Top people were begging on their knees’ – Martin Kpebu alleges attempt to block NSA scandal documentary

Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu alleged that influential figures attempted to suppress a documentary on the National Service Authority (NSA) scandal ahead of the December 7 elections.

Martin Kpebu, a private legal practitioner and member of the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, has alleged that influential individuals attempted to suppress a documentary on the National Service Authority (NSA) scandal ahead of the December 7 elections. Speaking on Joy News’ PM Express, Kpebu claimed that top figures, including some who reportedly begged on their knees, sought to prevent the investigative film from airing. He referenced legal efforts to stop the documentary, including a court order obtained to halt its screening by The Fourth Estate. Kpebu welcomed reports that former NSA Deputy Director General Hajia Alima Mahama has returned to Ghana to face allegations related to the scandal, noting the irony of her situation given her past criticisms of former President John Mahama.
