Orban advocates for direct talks with Russia to end the war, arguing that the EU's strategic differences cannot be resolved through drafting. He suggests referencing a UN Security Council resolution instead of the current draft conclusions. Meanwhile, leaders from over 10 European countries, including Romania's Ilie Bolojan and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy, are set to meet in London, while Zelenskyy is also invited to the EU Council meeting on March 6.
