He emphasized Ukraine's right to defend itself and the need for negotiation as there's no military solution. Ukraine is seeking long-term security and immediate assistance for damaged areas. President Zelenskyy stated Ukraine is ready for a ceasefire and security guarantee talks, contingent on Russia's willingness.
