A Léger poll indicates the Liberals and Conservatives are tied at 37% nationally, with the Liberals gaining 7 points and the Conservatives losing 6 since February 24th. The NDP is at 11% and the Bloc Québécois at 6%. In Quebec, the Liberals lead with 36%, followed by the Bloc at 25% and the Conservatives at 23%. 53% of Canadians want a change in government. The poll was conducted after Mark Carney's election as Liberal leader.
