Orthodox Jewish passenger claims his genitals were exposed to crew and other flyers
A lawsuit alleges a United Airlines pilot forcibly removed an Orthodox Jewish man from a plane bathroom while he was experiencing constipation, exposing his genitalia to other passengers. The suit also claims the pilot made disparaging remarks about the man's faith. Upon landing, Customs and Border Protection officers allegedly paraded the man and a fellow Orthodox Jewish traveler through the airport and searched their luggage. United Airlines has declined to comment.
