Diana Șoșoacă, leader of SOS Romania, entered the office of CCR Judge Gheorghe Stan uninvited, accusing him of invalidating her presidential candidacy and violating the constitution. She used strong language, likening the situation to Stalinist times and accusing the court of corruption. Judge Stan left the room due to her aggressive behavior. Șoșoacă threatened legal action against court members, following a press conference where she made similar threats.
