Andrea Michelle Reyes, abducted as a toddler from New Haven, Connecticut in 1999, was found alive in Puebla, Mexico, 25 years later. Police worked with the FBI and issued a felony arrest warrant for her mother, who did not have custody and was suspected of fleeing to Mexico. Andrea, now 27, has reconnected with her father.
