Governor Fubara vowed to fully implement the Supreme Court's judgement on the Rivers State political crisis and inaugurated new judges' quarters. An APC chieftain accused the presidency and Wike of plotting to impeach Fubara, alleging it's a scheme to install a puppet governor for the 2027 elections. The APC chieftain also criticized lawmakers for disrespecting the governor and refusing to attend a meeting aimed at resolving the political issues.
