Zoe Ball ‘working in local café’ after leaving BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show

Zoe Ball, who stepped down from her role as presenter of BBC Radio 2’s breakfast show in December 2024, has been working at a beach café in Hove, East Sussex. The café is owned by her ex-husband, Fatboy Slim (Norman Cook), and Ball’s son revealed that she has been taking shifts there since leaving her high-profile position. Ball, who left the show to focus on her family following the death of her mother, Julia, in April 2024, is currently enjoying a break from the spotlight before returning to Radio 2 with a new show.
