Zoe Ball ‘working in local café’ after quitting BBC Radio 2 breakfast show

Zoe Ball, who stepped down from her role as presenter of BBC Radio 2's breakfast show in December 2024, has been working at a local beach café in Hove, East Sussex. The café is owned by her ex-husband, Fatboy Slim (Norman Cook), and Ball has been taking shifts there since leaving her hosting role to focus on her family, following the death of her mother, Julia. Ball is set to return to BBC Radio 2 with a new show later in 2025.
