The EIB is providing €225 million to Cyprus for infrastructure improvements in transport, energy, and housing, including €72 million for a new archaeological museum. Key projects include student housing in Limassol and Paphos (€125 million), upgrading road infrastructure (€100 million), and developing a solar energy park. The EIB also completed advisory assignments for sustainable urban mobility in Larnaca and Limassol, and a cost-benefit analysis for the new museum.
