The Disappeared: For the second time in a decade, hopes of family of former Cistercian monk have been dashed
The family of Joe Lynskey, one of the "Disappeared" abducted and killed by republicans in 1972, learned that remains exhumed from a Co Monaghan cemetery are not his, marking the second time in a decade their hopes have been dashed. The remains also do not match the family to whom the grave belongs or any of the other Disappeared. The search continues for Lynskey and three other remaining victims.
