In March 2025, Ailish O'Reilly, an experienced aid worker from Galway, traveled to Guatemala to assist International Vision Inc. with an eye care program, building on her previous work with the organization in Haiti. The International Vision Petén Project 2025 involved a diverse international team providing vision screenings and cataract surgeries to patients in need.
