Michael Flatley to mount Supreme Court case after failed appeal over Cork mansion

Michael Flatley will mount a Supreme Court constitutional challenge regarding Section 11 of the Arbitration Act after the Court of Appeal dismissed his appeal in the dispute with his insurance company, Hiscox, over a €30 million claim for his Cork mansion, Castlehyde. The challenge stems from the High Court's decision to refer the case to arbitration.
