Michael Flatley's lawyers told the High Court a deal has been done for a neighboring landowner to purchase his Cork mansion, Castlehyde, which is at the center of a dispute with Novellus over a loan default. Novellus denies the deal, claims Flatley previously tried to sell the property and doesn't reside there, and is seeking to take possession. Flatley's lawyers claim losing the property would be detrimental to him in other legal proceedings.
