NASA's stuck astronauts are finally on their way back to Earth after 9 months in space

After a nine-month delay caused by a problematic Boeing test flight and subsequent SpaceX capsule issues, NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams are returning to Earth via SpaceX. They departed the International Space Station after the arrival of their relief crew, NASA's Nick Hague and Russia's Alexander Gorbunov, who arrived last fall in a SpaceX capsule. Williams set a record for the most spacewalking time by a female astronaut, and their mission was extended due to the delays.
