A survey of UK care workers reveals that nearly one in five feel unsafe at work, two-thirds are frequently understaffed, and many experience or witness violence/harassment. The survey also found that over 20% have suffered a lasting injury at work, nearly half report anxiety and sleep issues, and a third experience burnout, with low pay adding to the strain.
