Chelsea Gallagher, a St Columba's College student, won a Rotary Youth Leadership Development certificate after participating in a program that included a visit to the European Parliament in Strasbourg. As part of the competition she visited Belfast, Dublin and Strasbourg. The program involved meeting political figures, touring government buildings, learning about the EU, and participating in a Euroscola simulation debate on disinformation. Gallagher, also a European Young Ambassador, distinguished herself during the debate at the European Parliament.
