The apartment block windows that just ‘don’t reflect the area’

A planning inspector has ruled that the windows cause 'harm to the character and appearance' of a Georgian conservation area

The inspector agreed with the council that the installed windows harm the character and appearance of the conservation area, despite the overall development being an improvement. The council is now expected to enforce the replacement of the windows.
